Darren Fassina, the General Manager of Jordyn Properties Pty Ltd has been a residential property builder for the past 30 years.

Jordyn Properties Pty Ltd was founded in 2002, initially completing speculative building and project development. In 2006, the company focus shifted to contract building.

We specialise in building custom, architectural and luxury homes and individualised renovations, as well as extensive experience in unit developments. We are dedicated to delivering the finished product to you on time and aim to exceed our clients’ expectations at every stage of the building process.

Above all – we believe in creating a strong builder/client relationship which enables every project to run smoothly, efficiently and deliver to you a home that will exceed all expectations. Our services are tailored to your needs with an absolute focus on quality.

Jordyn Properties is a fully accredited building company and a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA).

The HIA is the only national industry association for Australian building professionals who represents the interests of the housing industry at regional and national levels.
